Good evening group. Just want to share more success stories. Been showing up with full intention and purpose to my sales calls and service calls for my projects and it has lead to long and deep conversations with customers to uncover their pain and to help them solve their pain. I am getting into meetings with high level C-suite personnel from different clients and the conversations are flowing.

I am seeing more and more of how my conversations with customers are becoming more fluid and engaging with an energy that sets the tone of "team environment" - meaning that a particular customer and I are becoming a team to COLLECTIVELY step forward to resolve an opportunity. I have also noticed how I am pausing more during conversations instead of using "filler" words this has been a game changer for me.

Hey Julia! I had an opportunity to speak up in a meeting today where there were high level execs. I used the techniques I've learned in this program and prepared what I wanted to say. I jumped in without hesitation and felt confident. Got good feedback and felt really proud.

Others are seeing changes from the effort and work I have been putting in, and it is being noticed. The fact that I was included in more meetings and was assigned a lead role in two projects is what I have been waiting for.
