Preparation for investor day includes:

  • Collaboration on a theme and formats for presenting, including fireside chats, panels, video, team and individual presentations and portfolio company presentations.
  • Work closely with the IR team to develop messaging that clearly articulates the company’s investment strategy, team strength, growth strategy and portfolio company investments
  • Highly personalized presentation scripting and coaching, with additional focus on creating a team dynamic that inspires commitment
  • Rehearsals conducted at the office or onsite at the event venue for flow, timing, and transitions from speaker to speaker. Overview of stage presence, movement on stage, and engagement with the audience

Process:

All work is flexibly scheduled to meet the needs of each executive. The sessions are a combination of group and individual, one-on-one meetings, both in-person and virtual. You can choose to do the entire program of just the coaching and rehearsing for the event. Graphic support and running of the show available upon request.
